Allen Klander

Allen is a native Houstonian and no stranger to hard work and humble beginnings. He is bilingual (English and Spanish) and proud of his Mexican-American heritage. He worked in the Food & Beverage industry throughout college and earned his BBA in Marketing from the C.T. Bauer college of Business at the University of Houston.

He began his postgraduate career in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex in Business-to-Business sales and service in the F&B industry for a Fortune 500 company. After several successful years in this role, Allen made the leap to his dream career, the real estate industry. He began his real estate career in commercial tenant representation. As a tenant rep, he represented the interests of businesses occupying office and retail space, ensuring that they achieved the most favorable terms and concessions possible in their negotiations. Allen built countless relationships, learned the legal and financial intricacies of real estate investment, as well as the art of negotiation.

With a wealth of experience and well-honed real estate expertise, Allen eagerly decided to take his talents to Jones-Papadopoulos & Co Real Estate. He’s thrilled to continue serving the commercial industry, as well as applying his skillset to help clients on the residential front.

Allen attributes his continued success to his guiding principles: hard-work, dedication to his clients, and conducting business ethically. In his free time, Allen likes to spend time with friends and family, go to the gym, run, hike, fish, and try out new restaurants. He’s also been known to take road trips to the beach, lake, or river whenever possible.
