Brooke Finnigan

Background:

Brooke’s love of real estate began years ago while living in the Chicago area, where she and her husband Dave (also a Jones-Papadopoulos & Co. Realtor) used to flip houses in their spare time. During their flip projects, Brooke also developed an expert eye for staging and the importance that creative staging plays in selling a home. In addition, Brooke awakened her love for interior design and has assisted both clients and friends with their design needs through the years. Prior to relocating to Texas, Brooke held a 14-year career as an esthetician, but once in Texas, she finally made her dream a reality with a successful career change to Real Estate.

Business:

Brooke’s background as a small business owner of more than a decade in a highly personalized, customer-service-oriented field, coupled with her history of flipping houses, staging and design, as well as expert negotiating skills, has made Brooke into the ideal asset to her realty customers, both buyers and sellers. Licensed in real estate since 2017, she has received D Best Top Producer every year since 2019. Brooke has an outstanding rapport with many of the new- home builders throughout DFW, and she specializes in negotiating new construction to secure the best deals for buyers who either desire to build or seek a quick move-in home due to relocation.

Personal:

Originally from Illinois, Brooke and her family moved to Texas from Chicago in 2015. She and her husband are high school sweethearts and have three children together, as well as a couple of rescue pups. Having built two new homes since living in Texas, Brooke and her family have finally settled into their forever home in Prosper. Brooke is very active in her community and church, and in her spare time, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband, children and friends/neighbors.
